LyP-1-PEG-DSPE的表征

Mal-PEG-DSPE 和 LyP-1-PEG-DSPE 的 NMR 谱图如图 1(A) 所示。CDCl3 溶剂峰出现在 7.26  ppm 处。在 Mal-PEG-DSPE 的谱图中，DSPE 的亚甲基质子在 1.26 ppm 处出现多个峰 ，PEG 中的重复单元在 3.7~3.8  ppm 处出现峰，Mal 基团在 6.7 ppm 处出现特征峰 。然而，在 LyP-1-PEG-DSPE 的 NMR 谱图中，Mal 峰消失，而 DSPE 和 PEG 片段分别在 1.26 和 3.7~3.8 ppm 处仍然出现尖峰 

Characterization of LyP-1-PEG-DSPE

The NMR spectra of Mal-PEG-DSPE and LyP-1-PEG-DSPE are shown in Fig. 1(A). The solvent peak of CDCl3 was found at 7.26 ppm. In the spectrum of Mal-PEG-DSPE, the methylene protons of DSPE have multiple peaks at 1.26 ppm, the repeat units in PEG at 3.7–3.8 ppm, and the Mal group has the characteristic peak at 6.7 ppm. However, the Mal peak disappeared in the NMR spectrum of LyP-1-PEG-DSPE, whereas the DSPE and PEG segment still presented sharp peaks at 1.26 and 3.7–3.8 ppm, respectively
